• This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
• This is not a private tour; you will enjoy the tour with other guests. & If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
• Free time schedules may change due to traffic conditions.
• Solo travelers or groups with an odd number of participants may be required to share seats.
• The fireworks program and schedule are subject to change without prior notice.
• Seating for this tour is in a paid viewing area with chair seating.
• Tripods may only be used for photography in designated areas within the paid seating zone.
• For groups with an odd number of participants, bus seating may be shared.
• Please refrain from consuming alcohol on the bus.
• Stay durations may be shortened due to traffic conditions.
• After the fireworks, you may be required to wait on the bus for approximately 1 hour until traffic restrictions are lifted.
• The walk from the parking area to the venue is 1.5 km (about 20 minutes on mostly flat ground). This tour is recommended only for those who are comfortable walking. Please wear comfortable shoes.
• Please bring a raincoat in case of rain. Umbrellas are not permitted. As the area may be dark, we recommend bringing a flashlight.
• Please bring your own items to prevent heatstroke.
• The tour returns late at night when public transportation is no longer available.
• Please arrange your return home in advance.
• Heavy congestion is expected around the event venue, and arrival times may be significantly delayed

【Regarding Tour Cancellation due to rainy weather】

• Weather Policy: The fireworks display will proceed in rainy weather but may be postponed or canceled in the event of severe weather. The local organizing committee will make a final decision regarding the event’s status on the day before the scheduled date.

• Tour Operation: The tour will proceed as scheduled unless an official cancellation is announced by the organizers prior to departure. Please note that the final decision to cancel may be made by the Fireworks Executive Committee as late as the early morning of the event. In such cases, your tour conductor will notify you of the cancellation on the day of the tour.

• Refunds and Expenses: If the fireworks display is postponed or canceled before departure, the tour itself will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund of the tour fee.

• If the display is canceled after the tour has already departed, no refunds will be issued.

• Please be aware that any transportation costs incurred to reach the meeting point are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

Important Notes During Bus Tour

1. Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus.
2. Members of the odd-numbered group may need to share seats with other passengers on the bus.
3. As stipulated by Japanese law, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
4. Please remain seated and avoid walking while the tour bus is moving.
5. Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff. Please do not change your seat during the tour.
6. Please be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers.
7. Latecomers who wish to rejoin the group will be responsible for all transportation fees. 8.Please wear the sticker provided by the tour guide visibly.
8. Avoid sticking the sticker on leather goods, as it may leave marks.
9. Do not use the seat reclining function or adjust the seat settings.
10. Please set all electronic devices, including mobile phones and game consoles, to silent mode.
11. Talking on mobile phones and making video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.
12. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.
13. Arrival times at each sightseeing spot may vary depending on traffic conditions.
14. The use of drones for filming or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.
15. Please do not use perfume, sprays, or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may disturb other passengers.
16. Manage your valuable belongings yourself.
17. After the tour, please take all your trash with you and do not leave any on the bus.
18. Ensure you do not forget or leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.
19. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when you book.
20. If you fail to follow these regulations and cause a disturbance on the bus, you may be asked to leave the bus, even during the tour.
