For an additional 1,500 JPY per person, seats in the last row will be prepared . Notes : - Please apply at the same time as booking the base tour; applications are required for all members of the group; applications cannot be accepted if fully booked (no waitlist). If applications are not made for all group members, seats may be separated. - Once arrangements for the “Last Row Seat Option” are completed, it will be handled together with the base tour as part of a single organized package tour. If the “Last Row Seat Option” cannot be arranged and the entire tour booking is canceled, cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation. - If participants are added after the application is completed and the “Last Row Seat Option” is fully booked, seats may be separated. - Although these are last-row seats, the specific seats will be assigned by the company. - Please note that you may be asked to share seating with other passengers, regardless of your party size. - This option applies only to the tour bus used during the tour itinerary; when transferring to other buses such as shuttle buses, the option does not apply and seating may be other than the last row (advance specification not possible). - The “Last Row/Back Row” seat option is available for up to 4 users. - Applications are accepted until 3 days prior to departure.

How to Use

  • Grape varieties depend on seasonal and weather conditions and cannot be specified in advance. The harvest timing may vary depending on climate conditions.
  • Depending on the number of participants, a medium or small bus may be used.
  • The tour bus is not equipped with a restroom.
  • The tour may be canceled or altered if the minimum number of participants is not met, or due to severe weather/force majeure. In such cases, notice will be provided at least 3 days prior to departure for day trips.
  • Schedule and stay durations at each spot are subject to change due to traffic conditions. H.I.S. will not be held responsible for any additional costs (such as taxis or hotel stays) incurred due to traffic delays.
  • Forgotten items will be kept for up to 2 weeks after the tour. Perishable food or drinks will be disposed of immediately.
  • Pets are not allowed on this tour. The final drop-off location may differ from the meeting point.

Important Booking Information

  • Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus.

  • Members of the odd-numbered group may need to share seats with other passengers on the bus.

  • As stipulated by Japanese law, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.

  • Please remain seated and avoid walking while the tour bus is moving.

  • Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff. Please do not change your seat during the tour.

  • Please be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers.

  • Latecomers who wish to rejoin the group will be responsible for all transportation fees.

  • Please wear the sticker provided by the tour guide visibly. Avoid sticking the sticker on leather goods, as it may leave marks.

  • Do not use the seat reclining function or adjust the seat settings.

  • Please set all electronic devices, including mobile phones and game consoles, to silent mode.

  • Talking on mobile phones and making video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.

  • Arrival times at each sightseeing spot may vary depending on traffic conditions.

  • The use of drones for filming or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.

  • Please do not use perfume, sprays, or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may disturb other passengers.

  • Manage your valuable belongings yourself.

  • After the tour, please take all your trash with you and do not leave any on the bus.

  • Ensure you do not forget or leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.

  • If you fail to follow these regulations and cause a disturbance on the bus, you may be asked to leave the bus, even during the tour.

  • This tour runs even in the rain.A refund will only be issued if the tour is cancelled by the company due to extreme weather.
