Tour Information Autumn Foliage: Tour dates are set based on average yearly data, but the peak viewing period may change depending on weather conditions.

Grape Picking: Depending on crop conditions, the activity may change to all-you-can-eat from plates or be replaced with souvenir grapes.

Lunch Menu: The lunch menu is subject to change depending on ingredient availability.

Important Notes / Terms & Conditions Punctuality: The bus will depart at the scheduled time at the discretion of our staff. Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point on time.

Schedule Alterations: Scheduled times and itineraries may change due to traffic and road conditions.

Delays & Compensation: In the event of delays, we will not be responsible for any costs incurred for alternative transportation (e.g., taxis) or lodging.

Bus Size: Depending on the number of participants, a medium-sized or small-sized bus may be used.

Onboard Facilities: There is no restroom on the bus.

Bus Etiquette: Smoking and making voice calls on mobile devices are strictly prohibited inside the bus. As a general rule, reclining your seat is not permitted.

Unused Benefits: Please note that no refunds will be issued for any tour benefits, perks, or activities that you choose not to use.

Food Allergies: If you have food allergies, please inform our staff when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your requests by removing ingredients.

Special Assistance: If you require special assistance, please inform our staff when booking. We will accommodate requests within a reasonable scope (fees may apply).

Tour Conductor: In compliance with Japanese labor laws, the tour conductor will take mandatory breaks during meal times. They may also stay at a different hotel.

Lost and Found: Left property will be kept for two weeks after the tour. However, perishable food items and items difficult to store will be disposed of immediately.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on this tour.

Seat Assignment: Bus seating will be assigned by our company.

Emergency Seating: In the event of an emergency, the tour conductor may sit next to a participant. Thank you for your understanding.

Tour Cancellation: If the minimum number of participants (30 people) is not met, or due to force majeure, the tour may be canceled or rescheduled 3 days prior.

Special Requests: We may not always be able to fulfill requests regarding seat preference, smoking/non-smoking rooms, or allergies, and may decline them in advance.

Online Booking: For reservations made online, all tour notifications and confirmations will be sent via email. No physical documents will be mailed.
