Cold Weather Preparation: This is an outdoor night event at Okurayama where temperatures can drop near or below freezing. Please wear a heavy down coat, gloves, a knit hat, and bring pocket warmers (kairo). Non-slip winter footwear is highly recommended.
Severe Weather Notice: In the event of severe weather such as strong winds or heavy snowstorms, the fireworks and Night Bubble performances may be canceled or altered without prior notice.
Shiroi Koibito Park Stay: The stay at Shiroi Koibito Park is limited to 60 minutes, which mainly allows time for exploring the free admission areas and shopping.
Traffic & Winter Road Conditions: Due to winter road conditions and potential traffic congestion, arrival and dismissal times may be subject to change. Thank you for your understanding.
*Admission of Okurayama Winter Hanabi/Fireworks is free for children aged 4 to 11, so no physical tickets will be issued.
Rain or Shine Policy & Cancellation Rules:
Operation: The event will take place rain or shine, but will be canceled in the event of severe weather.
Cancellations & Refunds: If canceled, refund guidelines will be published on the official website. Please check the website regularly for updates.
Ticket Notice: Hold on to your ticket, as it is strictly required for any refund processing.
Midway Interruption: No refunds will be granted if the event is stopped or shortened midway once it has commenced.
