The Experience
Day 1: Hotel check in and dinner
- Meeting Point: Arrive at Echigo-Yuzawa Station on your own, and transfer by bus to the hotel. The bus will leave at 16.00, so be sure to arrive before that time.
- Check-in: Settle into your hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening.
- Dinner: Indulge in a delicious kaiseki dinner featuring local specialties.
Day 2: Exploring Niigata
- 07:00: Meet at Jon-nobi Village.
- 07:10–07:40: Snowshoe Hiking in Oginoshima Thatched-Roof Village

- 10:00–11:00: Scenic Coastal Spots Tour (Oumigawa Station & Lover’s Cape)
Marvel at the breathtaking views of the Sea of Japan from Oumigawa Station, known as the closest station to the sea, and Lover’s Cape, a romantic spot with stunning ocean vistas.
- 11:20–12:00: Crab Tasting and Shopping at Chofukumaru Crab Hut
Savor the rich flavors of freshly caught red snow crab (Benizuwai-gani) and shop for local seafood delicacies. A local Zuwai-gani (crab) tasting will be available for everyone, and you will be able to purchase some top quality crab from the market. Once purchased, you will have the opportunity to indulge back at the hotel.
- 13:00: Return to Jon-nobi Village to relax a little more and end of the tour (the return shuttle time to Echigo-Yuzawa Station will be decided while you are at the hotel).

- The tour includes specific activities and destinations as outlined in the itinerary. Any additional requests or deviations from the planned route will not be accommodated.
- The tour operates on a fixed schedule, and guests are expected to adhere to the provided timings for transportation and activities.
- Accommodation is provided at Jonnobi-Mura, a traditional Japanese Ryokan, offering an authentic cultural experience. Please be mindful of the Ryokan's customs and guidelines during your stay.
- Guests are welcome to take photos but are asked to respect the privacy of local residents and the cultural significance of the locations visited.
- Meals include local specialties such as seafood and miso-based dishes. Guests with dietary restrictions or allergies should inform the tour operator at the time of booking.
- The standard plan requires you to travel to Echigo-Yuzawa station yourself. If you require Shinkansen (bullet train) tickets arranged by us, please select the required number of tickets from the list of additional items, including the mandatory 3000 JPY issue and delivery fee.
- Depending on the sea conditions (rough sea, etc.) there is a possibility that fresh crab will not be available at the market. In this case, you will have the opportunity to try other crab products when you return to the hotel. Thank you for your understanding.

- Meeting Point: Please arrive at Echigo-Yuzawa Station by the designated time (TBD). If you arrive later than the pick-up time, you will need to reach the hotel by bus or taxi (at your expenses).
- Weather Conditions: Activities may be adjusted or canceled due to weather or operational reasons. Also the amount of snow available might change time by time.
- Safety: Follow the guide's instructions during all activities for your safety.

- Crab Availability: Fresh crab at the market may not always be available. In such cases, it will be served at the hotel.
