- No Compensation for Missed Transport: The tour company will NOT be held responsible, liable, or provide any financial compensation/reimbursement for missed trains, subways, flights, or accommodation caused by any delays in the return schedule. Guests are entirely responsible for arranging their own transportation back to their hotels.

- IMPORTANT: The bus will depart according to the schedule and will not wait for late arrivals.

- Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).

- Clothing: During the period when you can see the Snow Valley, you will need to dress for midwinter, with a maximum temperature of around 10°C.
