General Compliance
- Guests must follow all facility rules, prohibited actions, and general etiquette during their stay.
Pet Stay Policy – Sugar Beach Oarai
- Only indoor pets that have received vaccinations against infectious diseases within the past year are allowed to stay.
- Pets with a history of biting people or other pets are not permitted.
- Pets in heat must wear diapers during their stay.
- Please clean your pet’s paws before entering indoor areas.
- If your pet urinates or marks anywhere outside of the designated pet sheets or soils the bedding, a cleaning fee may be charged.
- Trimming or grooming pets indoors is not allowed.
- For pets that shed easily, we ask that owners help keep the room clean using a lint roller.
- Any damage or stains to the facility, furniture, or provided items caused by your pet may incur a compensation charge.
- When outside the fenced area, pets must always be on a leash. Please remember to bring your own leash.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste.
- Pets are not allowed inside the management building.
- Please stop your pet immediately if it displays behaviors such as excessive barking or mounting.
- If false information is provided in your application or if any rules are violated during your stay, your accommodation may be refused.
- Please note that in case of unforeseen accidents such as injury, death, theft, or escape of your pet within the facility, the facility cannot be held responsible. The same applies to conflicts between guests.
Usage Rules
- Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM. Please refrain from loud noises or conversations.
- Guests are responsible for their own food and beverages. We are not liable for foodborne illness.
- Only handheld fireworks in designated areas are allowed. No large or loud fireworks. Fireworks are prohibited after 9:00 PM.
- This is an outdoor facility. We are not liable for harm caused by animals (e.g. snakes, insects).
- Illegal actions (e.g. drugs, theft, violence) will be reported to police immediately.
- We are not responsible for any guest-to-guest accidents or troubles.
- No open flames or smoking inside tents. BBQ inside tents is strictly prohibited.
Rentals & Equipment
- Rental items are limited and may not be available for same-day requests.
- Pet-related violations may result in cleaning or replacement charges.
- Do not take facility items home (except face towels).
- If items are taken by mistake, return by mail.
Parking
- Parking is for guests only. Lock your car and do not leave valuables inside.
- We are not responsible for any accidents, theft, or damages in the parking area.
Guest Responsibility
- Guests use the facility at their own risk.
- We are not responsible for injury, damage, or theft due to natural disasters or accidents.
- Guardians are responsible for the safety of guests under 18.
- Manage valuables personally.
Temporary Closure Facility use may be suspended without notice due to:

- Necessary maintenance
Violations and Expulsion Guests may be asked to leave immediately without refund for:
- Violating these terms
- Using the facility for non-personal purposes without permission
- Breaking Japanese law
- Failing to follow staff instructions after dangerous or disruptive behavior
Damages Guests may be charged for damage to facilities or equipment unless due to natural causes.
