• Cancellation Policy
  Please note that tickets cannot be canceled after purchase. Refunds will not be issued except in the case of event cancellation or interruption.

• Children (4 years and older)
  Children under 4 years old can attend for free if seated on a guardian's lap (one child per guardian). However, if a separate seat is required for a child under 4 years old, a ticket must be purchased.

• Ticket Purchase Limits

  • Green Seats: Up to 6 tickets (credit card only)
  • Premium Area Seats: Up to 6 tickets (credit card only)
  • Standard Seats: Up to 10 tickets (credit card only)
  • VI Seats: Up to 4 tickets (credit card only)

• Photography Guidelines
  Photography with mobile phones, digital cameras, or video cameras is allowed in Green Seats, Standard Seats, Premium Area Seats, VIP Seats, VVIP Seats, and Mt. Fuji Sky Tickets, as long as it does not disturb other guests. However, the use of tripods (including monopods), ladders, or selfie sticks is prohibited.
  For fixed photography using tripods, monopods, or telephoto lenses, please purchase a Cameraman Seat (VIP or General).

• Additional Notes
  Please be aware that photos and videos taken within the fireworks viewing area may be publicly shared.

• For Guests Arriving by Taxi
  Guests arriving by taxi should disembark at the entrance gate and present their tickets for entry. *Parking tickets will be available for purchase from Saturday, February 8th.

• For Guests Using the Shuttle Bus
  Guests using the shuttle bus will have their tickets checked before disembarking at the entrance gate.

Exemptions:

• Tickets cannot be canceled after purchase. Refunds will not be issued except in the case of event cancellation or interruption during the event.
• In the event of severe weather, a decision will be made by 12:00 PM on the day of the event, and an announcement will be posted on the official website.
• If disaster warnings are issued after 12:00 PM, the event will be canceled.
• The event will proceed in light rain; however, if low temperatures pose a risk of hypothermia or if strong winds, lightning, or other conditions make it unsafe to launch fireworks, the event may be canceled.
• Please understand that the safety of our guests is our top priority when making these decisions.
• There will be no postponement in the case of severe weather.

Important:

• Please review the official website's "Important Notes" and FAQ before entering the venue.
• Once you enter the fireworks viewing area, you are free to move between the viewing area and the parking lot. However, if you leave the venue through the entrance gate, re-entry will not be permitted.
• Please prepare any necessary items in advance for your comfort during the event.
• Do not park on the streets. Strict enforcement will be in place, and vehicles may be towed.
• The entrance gate is scheduled to open at 3:00 PM.
• Pets are not allowed in the venue. (Guide dogs, hearing dogs, and other service animals are permitted.)
• Large space reservations within the Premium Area, Green Area, and Standard Area blocks are prohibited. The recommended personal space is approximately 90 cm x 90 cm per person.
• For all seats except VVIP and VIP seats (including VIP Photographer Seats), a foldable cardboard chair will be provided. VVIP and VIP seats will have designated chairs for viewing.
• Leisure sheets are allowed if they are within 90 cm x 90 cm per person.

• The use of fire in the viewing area is strictly prohibited.
• The operation of drones or other remote-controlled aircraft in and around the venue is prohibited.
• Unauthorized "LIVE streaming" within the venue is not allowed.
• Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the venue. Alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase on-site. Glass bottles are not permitted.
• Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Walking while smoking or littering may cause accidents and is strictly prohibited.

• Dangerous behavior, disruptive actions, or excessive intoxication may result in denial of entry or removal from the venue at the discretion of the organizers.

Transportation fee is not included in this ticket Transportation to and from the venue and accommodation expenses are to be borne by the customer. The organizer, venue, and performers will not be responsible for any accidents, theft, etc. that occur inside or outside the venue. Please take care of your valuables by yourself.

What to Wear/Bring At this time of year, the daytime temperature is usually around 15°C, but drops to nearly 0 to 5°C when the sun goes down. We recommend that you wear warm clothing and bring other cold weather gear with you. As the weather in the mountains is changeable, please also bring rain gear in case of rain.

Others Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other customers, such as shouting during the performance or using seats/viewing areas other than those purchased. Customers will be responsible for transportation costs to the venue and accommodation costs. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables in good care. The content of the event may be changed or canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or unforeseen accidents, or for the organizers' convenience. Furthermore, even in the event of changes or cancellation due to the organizers' convenience, we will not compensate for any expenses associated with attending the event (transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc.) under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding. If you do not follow the instructions of staff, you will be asked to leave the venue.
