The Experience
1.Visit the 5th Station or the highest point accessible on Mt. Fuji, Japan's iconic peak registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The tour will also visit Hakone, popular for its beautiful scenery, where customers can experience a lake cruise and cable car ride and fully enjoy the majestic nature of the Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park. 2. Through explanations from the National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter accompanying this tour, customers can learn about history, nature, and other features of the region treasured by tour destinations. Customers can also contribute to protecting and nurturing the local region. 3. Enjoy the tour comfortably aboard an air-conditioned bus on the outbound trip, and aboard the Shinkansen, Japan's pride, from Odawara Station on the return trip. 4. Midway, watch a Japanese drum performance by Social Welfare Corporation Fugakukai and enjoy one of Japan's traditional performing arts at the lunch break area. (Lunch is not included on this tour.)

- 08:35Meeting at Marunouchi Kajibashi Parking Lot Please finish checking in and be at the meeting location at least 15 minutes before departure. *Please show your reservation confirmation sheet at reception. *Customers who are late for the departure time will have their reservations canceled. - 08:50Departure and Head to Mt. Fuji Area by bus *A restroom break may be taken along the way.
- The tour will head up to Mt. Fuji 5th Station or the highest point accessible. The bus will head up the World Heritage Mt. Fuji 5th Station along the Subaru Line. The 5th Station is situated at 2,300 meters (7,546 feet) above sea level. At this height, you will be amazed at spectacular, breathtaking views from above the clouds.

- Lunch time No lunch: have lunch on your own Preparing this prior to departure is recommended. With lunch: Enjoy a Japanese style meal with tea/coffee During the meal, there will be a wadaiko(Japanese drum) performance, one of Japan's traditional arts performed by the Social Welfare Corporation Fugakukai. *Aside from a Japanese-style meal, available menus include a vegetarian meal, Muslim-friendly meal, and Indian thali meal. Please make a request when booking.
- Head to Lake Ashi Cruise Boarding Area Enjoy Lake Ashi Cruise Ship Sorakaze! Hop on board the Sorakaze, a cruise ship on Lake Ashi in Hakone. Spend a relaxing time while gazing at the beautiful lake and Mt. Fuji aboard a ship where passengers can feel as if they're in a green park floating over Lake Ashi.
- Hakone Komagatake Ropeway Take a cableway ride up to the spiritual Hakone Shrine Mototsumiya (original shrine) that nestles at the Komagatake mountaintop. Enjoy the scenery of Lake Ashi in the Hakone National Park spreading out below. *[Duration Estimate] One-way ropeway ride to summit 7 min – stroll around summit – one-way ropeway ride to base 7 min (total 50 min)
- Hakone-en Customers that descend Mt. Komagatake early can stop by the souvenir corner at the foot of the mountain. *Depending on time management, and if the order of tour destinations was changed, there may not be time to purchase souvenirs.
- 20:00Arrive at Tokyo station by SHINKANSEN & Tour end Board the Kodama Shinkansen in the non-reserved section. It takes just 34 minutes to Tokyo Station. After arrival, please head to your next destination on your own from Tokyo Station.

- The order of the tour itinerary is subject to change due to road conditions or other reasons.
- Depending on the season and day of the week, traffic conditions may vary, and arrival time at each location may be considerably delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
- Depending on road conditions, the tour will be guided to Mt. Fuji 4th Station or 5th Station. If the Fuji Subaru Line is closed, the tour will visit Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park or Fujisan World Heritage Center.
- Due to weather conditions, Mt. Fuji may not be visible even from the base. However, the tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be given for this reason.
- If the Lake Ashi cruise or Komagatake Ropeway cannot be boarded (when not visitable due to suspension of operation, road congestion, or conditions at other sightseeing areas), the tour will be guided to one of the following alternative destinations. (The tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued for this reason.) Appare Sightseeing Boat on Lake Kawaguchi, Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Hakone Pirate Ship, Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, Hakone Ropeway, Hakone Jukkokutoge Panoramic Cable Car, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum, Fujiyama Museum, Narukawa Art Museum, Hakone-en Aquarium, Ninja Bus, Oshino Shinobi no Sato, Hakone Checkpoint, Odawara Castle, Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine, Higashiguchi Hongu Sengen Shrine, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Shrine, Hakone Sekisho Tabimonogatarikan (Shop), etc.
Important Notes/Supplements: Regarding Luggage on Shinkansen It will not be possible to bring large luggage whose total height, width, and length exceeds 160 cm onto non-reserved cars of the Shinkansen. Customers with large luggage are advised to store them at their accommodation before participating in the tour.
- On the day when the annual Mt. Fuji Hill Climb is held, which is usually on a weekend in June (schedule for 2025 onwards TBD), the Fuji Subaru Line is closed until around 14:00. The tour will proceed on this day as well. Please note that there will be changes to the itinerary order and sightseeing locations, and the Komagatake Ropeway and Lake Ashi cruise may be changed to alternative itineraries. Furthermore, please note that refunds will not be issued in this case, and customers will not be notified separately when the schedule has been determined.

Important Notes/Supplements: What to Wear/Bring As there are locations to be visited on this tour such as Mt. Fuji 5th Station, etc. with lower temperatures compared to Tokyo, bringing warm clothing is recommended. (Reference: Even in the daytime, temperatures may drop to 14℃ in summer and -5℃ in winter.)
