5-Seater Class Example model: Raize (model cannot be specified) Capacity guideline: 4 adults + 2 suitcases
8-Seater Class Example models: VOXY, Serena (model cannot be specified) Capacity guideline: 5 adults + 5 suitcases
Required Documents
- For Japanese license holders: Valid Japanese driver’s license
For foreign license holders:
- Passport (original)
- Driver’s license issued in your home country
- International Driving Permit
- Japanese translation of license (issued by JAF or depending on your country’s regulations)
Insurance Coverage
- Bodily injury liability: Unlimited per person
- Property damage liability: Unlimited per accident
- Personal injury compensation: Unlimited per person
- Vehicle coverage: Up to the actual cash value of the vehicle
NOC (Non-Operation Charge)
- If the vehicle can be returned by driving: ¥20,000
- If the vehicle cannot be returned by driving: ¥50,000 Note: Towing fees will be borne by the customer if required.

Surcharge(s)
- Child/junior seat: JP¥550/use. If you need it, please let us know when making a reservation. Prices must be paid in cash
- Wide compensation fee (NOC compensation fee): 1,100 yen/day. If you need it, please let us know when you check in.
