• Under Japanese drinking laws, all participants must be 20 years of age or older to drink beer.
• Non-alcohol drinks will be served for anyone 19 years old and under.
• This is an adimission tickets only.
• Preschooler and under are free.
• No wheelchair access.
• Please inform us in advance if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions when you book. We can't accommodate all dietary restrictions.
• We are unable to accommodate menu changes on the day of the event.
• Please refrain from bringing your own food and drinks into the venue.
• Please note that bringing large luggage during the venue is not allowed.

Customer Guidelines:

1. You will receive a final information email with voucher from HIS Kyoto Tourist Information Center titled:【Tour Date】- Booking Confirmation & Important Notice - HIS【Tour Reservation Number】. Please read it carefully and ask questions if necessary.
2. Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes prior to the start time.
3. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
4. Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
5. In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
6. Please personally take responsibility for your valuables.
