- If the minimum number of participants (25) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
- Drinking alcohol on the bus is prohibited.
- Please note that odd-numbered groups will, in principle, share seats on the bus
- The order of the itinerary may be partially changed.
- The content and number of fireworks may change without prior notice.
- Be on time. The bus departs at the tour leader's discretion after the scheduled time.
- Times and itineraries may change due to road conditions.
- We are not liable for costs (e.g., taxi, accommodation) due to delays.
- Bus type (medium or small) varies by group size.
- Buses do not have restrooms.
- No refunds for unused tour inclusions.
- Inform us of allergies or special requests at booking. We'll accommodate where possible; some special arrangements may incur a fee.
- Tour leaders' meal times are breaks; they may stay at a different hotel. You are generally independent during free time.
- Items kept for two weeks after the tour. Perishables disposed of immediately.
- You may share a seat with the tour leader in emergencies.
- We may not fulfill requests for seating, hotel smoking/non-smoking rooms, or allergies, and may decline them in advance.

- Tour prices may increase without notice, but no additional charges will be collected after booking. Early booking is recommended.
- The fireworks typically proceed in light rain but may be canceled due to severe weather.
- If canceled the day before, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
- If canceled after departure, an alternative sightseeing plan will be provided, or we'll return. A partial refund for the fireworks seating will be given, but this may be reduced if applied to alternative activities. No refund if the fireworks are canceled mid-event.
- Cancellations or content changes may occur due to government requests.
- Daytime fireworks are not viewable on this tour.
- Due to post-fireworks traffic, hotel arrival will be late at night. Long waits inside the bus may be necessary to ensure pedestrian safety.
- Fireworks and bus seats are assigned and cannot be chosen. Fireworks seating will be announced on-site.
- Expect a 30-90 minute walk from the parking area to the fireworks viewing area due to vehicle restrictions. Wear comfortable shoes.
- Bring rain gear (poncho) as the fireworks proceed in the rain.
- Temporary restrooms will be available at the fireworks venue. Bring pocket tissues as toilet paper may not be provided.
- Accommodation will be at either the New Grand Hotel or Hotel Route Inn Shinjo (no selection possible; announced on the day).
- Single travelers or odd-numbered groups will share the bus and fireworks seating.
- Please review all tour point precautions.
- A shuttle bus will be used to access Ginzan Onsen.
