- This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
- This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
- If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
- Drinking alcohol on the bus is prohibited.
- Please note that odd-numbered groups will, in principle, share seats on the bus
- The order of the itinerary may be partially changed.
- Fireworks Schedule: The content of the fireworks event may change without prior notice.
- Rainy Weather: The fireworks will be held even in rainy weather, and the tour will proceed as planned. However, in cases of severe weather (e.g., typhoons, strong winds, river flooding), or if dangerous conditions arise due to the fireworks, the event may be canceled.
- Tour Confirmation: The tour will proceed unless the fireworks organizers announce cancellation before departure. The cancellation decision may also be made early on the day of the event by the fireworks organizing committee. Therefore, the tour leader will inform you of any cancellations on the day.
- Weather-related Cancellations: In the event of sudden bad weather after departure that results in cancellation or postponement of the fireworks, there will be no refund of the tour price (including seating fees).
- Viewing Area Access: The viewing area is approximately a 30-40 minute walk from the parking lot.
- Seating: Seats are on blue tarps (2-3 people per space). They are not chairs. It is recommended to bring cushions or towels as needed.
- Arrival and Waiting: We plan to arrive early at the venue, and you may have to wait in the hot sun. As the seating area is outdoors, there is no shade. Please bring sun protection and heatstroke prevention items.
- Cancellation or Postponement: If the fireworks are canceled or postponed before departure, we will refund the cost of the seating (3,000 yen). However, the tour will not be postponed if the fireworks are postponed.
- Ticket Distribution for Postponement: If the fireworks are postponed, tickets will be sent to those who request them.
- Post-tour Cancellation: If the fireworks are canceled after the tour departs, there will be no refunds. Additionally, the cost of round-trip transportation to the meeting point will be the customer's responsibility. Please be aware of this in advance.
- Traffic Delays: Traffic congestion may cause significant delays in hotel arrival times. If the arrival time is delayed, the public bath and outdoor bath may not be available. In such cases, you can use the bath in your room or use the public bath and outdoor bath the next morning. The hotel does not have a public bath or outdoor bath; guests can use the Honzo-yu bathhouse within VISON (about a 1-minute walk from the hotel building). The bath is filled with heated water.
- Meals: Dinner on Day 1 and lunch on Day 2 are not included. Please enjoy your meals at service areas, local food stalls, or Okage Yokocho.

- Members of the odd-numbered group may need to share seats with other passengers on the bus.
- As stipulated by Japanese law, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
- Please remain seated and avoid walking while the tour bus is moving.
- Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff. Please do not change your seat during the tour.
- Please be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers.
- Latecomers who wish to rejoin the group will be responsible for all transportation fees. 8.Please wear the sticker provided by the tour guide visibly.
- Avoid sticking the sticker on leather goods, as it may leave marks.
- Do not use the seat reclining function or adjust the seat settings.
- Please set all electronic devices, including mobile phones and game consoles, to silent mode.
- Talking on mobile phones and making video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.
- Arrival times at each sightseeing spot may vary depending on traffic conditions.
- The use of drones for filming or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.
- Please do not use perfume, sprays, or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may disturb other passengers.
- Manage your valuable belongings yourself.
- After the tour, please take all your trash with you and do not leave any on the bus.
- Ensure you do not forget or leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.
- For fruit-picking tours, please note that fruit is to be consumed only on the farm. Bringing it home in your own bag is strictly prohibited.
- If you fail to follow these regulations and cause a disturbance on the bus, you may be asked to leave the bus, even during the tour.
