• This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
• Eligibility: This tour is not valid for Japanese nationals. It is available to overseas tourists only.
• This is not a private tour; you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
• If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.

• Please note that guests in odd-numbered groups may be required to share bus seats with other passengers.
• Stay time at the venue may be shortened due to traffic congestion or other circumstances.
• The fireworks program and number of fireworks are subject to change without prior notice.
• Please wear comfortable walking shoes, as there will be approximately a 20–30 minute walk from the parking area to the fireworks venue.
• After the fireworks show, guests may be required to wait for an extended period at the bus parking area due to controlled exit procedures. As a result, the scheduled arrival time may be significantly delayed.
• Depending on traffic and congestion conditions on the day, arrival may be greatly delayed and connections to the last public transportation may not be possible. Any additional transportation expenses, such as taxi fares, will be the responsibility of the guest.
• When taking photos, please avoid holding cameras or phones above head level so as not to disturb other guests.
• Please remain seated while viewing the fireworks show.
• The event may be canceled or partially modified in the event of severe weather conditions such as typhoons, strong winds, heavy rain, or rising river levels that could make fireworks operations unsafe.
• The tour will operate unless the fireworks organizer officially announces cancellation before departure. In some cases, the decision to cancel may be made early on the day of the event by the fireworks committee, and notification may therefore be provided by the tour conductor on the day itself.
• If the fireworks show is canceled by the day before departure, the tour fee will be refunded. However, if the event is canceled after the tour has departed, no refunds will be issued. Transportation expenses to and from the meeting point are also the responsibility of the guest.
• Please note that no refunds, including reserved seating fees, will be provided if the fireworks event is canceled or postponed after tour departure due to sudden severe weather conditions.
• Please bring your own items for heatstroke prevention, such as cooling goods and drinks.
• The tour is scheduled to return after 10:00 PM. Arrival times are approximate and may be delayed depending on traffic conditions. Please confirm your transportation home in advance, including possible alternatives in case you miss the last public transportation service.

Important Notes During Bus Tour

1. Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus.
2. Members of the odd-numbered group may need to share seats with other passengers on the bus.
3. As stipulated by Japanese law, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
4. Please remain seated and avoid walking while the tour bus is moving.
5. Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff. Please do not change your seat during the tour.
6. Please be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers.
7. Latecomers who wish to rejoin the group will be responsible for all transportation fees. 8.Please wear the sticker provided by the tour guide visibly.
8. Avoid sticking the sticker on leather goods, as it may leave marks.
9. Do not use the seat reclining function or adjust the seat settings.
10. Please set all electronic devices, including mobile phones and game consoles, to silent mode.
11. Talking on mobile phones and making video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.
12. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.
13. Arrival times at each sightseeing spot may vary depending on traffic conditions.
14. The use of drones for filming or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.
15. Please do not use perfume, sprays, or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may disturb other passengers.
16. Manage your valuable belongings yourself.
17. After the tour, please take all your trash with you and do not leave any on the bus.
18. Ensure you do not forget or leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.
19. For fruit-picking tours, please note that fruit is to be consumed only on the farm. Bringing it home in your own bag is strictly prohibited.
20. If you fail to follow these regulations and cause a disturbance on the bus, you may be asked to leave the bus, even during the tour.
