Step into the world of traditional Japanese brewing at Honke Matsuura Sake Brewery, a historic landmark in Tokushima that has preserved its craftsmanship for over two centuries. This immersive half-day walking tour offers a rare look behind the scenes of a working brewery, where you can feel the dedication to quality in every corner of the facility.
After the brewery tour, you will participate in an interactive tasting seminar. Unlike a simple tasting, this session provides deep insights into the characteristics of different sake varieties, accompanied by a selection of Tokushima’s finest local snacks. To conclude your visit, you will have time to shop for exclusive products and will receive a carefully selected bottle of sake as a special souvenir.
