Kawadoko, known as a riverbed/ riverside terrace is a wonderful way to enjoy the cool breeze by the river during the scorching summer in Kyoto. Please come and experience at Momiji-ya which was established in 1907. The architecture will give you the nostalgic feel that you cannot feel anywhere else. With amazing pure Japanese cuisine, you will spend the best time in Kyoto!
This dining experience starts by a shuttle bus pickup from a JR Hanazono Station or Uzumasa Tenjingawa Station at 10:50/11:00. Spend approximately 3 hours of dining beautiful and delicious Japanese cuisine using seasonal ingredients. You will return to the station around 15:00.

- Arrive Momiji-ya at 11:30
- Depart from Momiji-ya at 14:30
- Return to JR Hanazono station at 15:00 Metro Uzumasa-Tenjingawa station at 15:10

- Shuttle bus will not wait for the late comers. Please be punctual.
- Please leave a note on a remark where you would like to be picked up.
- For those who have any food allergies, also please leave a note on a remark.
- Food will be served 2 to 3 times.
- Food will be provided it in a compact format.
- Groups will have their own separate space. (This is not a reserved floor)
- Since you will be seated on a Kawadoko, it may be chilly depending on the season.
- There is a step up to the Kawadoko seat.
- This facility is not awheelchair accessible.
- To ensure the health of ryokan employees, they may wear masks when serving.
