The 5th Station of Mt. Fuji It is located at 2300 m above sea level and reached after a drive on the winding Subaru Line Panoramic Road. Weather permitting, you will be able to view the surrounding countryside and even see the summit of this sacred mountain!
Oishi Park Oishi Park is a famous scenic spot on Mt. Fuji, a beautiful mountain rising from Lake Kawaguchi. Mt. Fuji is also attractive with seasonal flowers, and you can enjoy souvenir shops and refreshments.

・This tour does NOT includes tours of the production process. ・Depending on weather conditions (such as high humidity, heavy rain, fog), Mt. Fuji may not be visible. ・Please note that no refunds will be given for weather-related complaints or changes to the tour schedule made by the tour guide or any of our staff. ・Please note that schedules and meals are subject to change due to traffic conditions and facility availability. ・If the minimum number of participants (20) is not reached, the tour will not take place that day. ・If the Subaru Line, the road to the fifth station of Mt Fuji, is closed due to bad weather or traffic conditions, the route will be changed to other facilities such as Saiko Iyashi no Sato. ・From mid-April to late May, we will view the pink moss at Lake Motosuko Resort. We will not visit Oishi Park during this period. ・In case of severe weather or traffic congestion and if the bus cannot pass through the road to Mt. Fuji 5th Station, the tour will visit Oshino Hakkai, Fujisan World Heritage Center or Lake Yamanakako Hana no Miyako Park. Please note that an alternative route may be omitted depending on road conditions. ・Please note that whisky may not be available for purchase depending on the date and time of your visit and the course of your visit, as whisky stocks are fluid. Please understand this in advance. ・Even if you are able to purchase whisky, you must be 20 years of age or older to purchase one bottle per person per day. ・When purchasing, you may be asked to show identification to verify your age and identity. ・Please note that if your identity cannot be confirmed, you may be asked to present a photo ID. If you do not follow the above rules, we may refuse to sell you whisky.
<Hakushu Terrace Notes> ・The first floor of Hakushu Terrace is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. (Available on availability without reservation.) ・The 2nd floor of Hakushu Terrace is a free space that anyone can use freely. ・Food and drink cannot be brought into the free space on the 2nd floor of Hakushu Terrace, except for items purchased at the To Go counter on the 1st floor.
Tour Operation & Schedule
Strict adherence to meeting time is important. Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The bus will depart at the scheduled time at the discretion of our staff. We cannot wait for late arrivals. If you miss the departure, the tour fee will not be refunded.
Schedule/Itinerary Changes The scheduled times and itinerary details are subject to change due to traffic conditions, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
Delays and Compensation In the unlikely event that the tour is significantly delayed, and you incur expenses such as a taxi fare or accommodation, we regret that our company cannot accept any claim for compensation. We strongly recommend leaving ample time for connections after the tour.
Vehicle Type Depending on the final number of participants, the tour may use a medium-sized or small bus instead of a large one.
Tour Cancellation
The tour may be subject to cancellation or itinerary changes if the minimum number of participants (usually 20 people, but please check your booking confirmation) is not met. We will inform you at least 3 days prior to the departure date. In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, major accidents), the tour may be cancelled without prior notice. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Special Requests & Health issues Allergies and Dietary Needs:
If you have food allergies or other dietary restrictions, please inform the person in charge when making your initial booking. While we will attempt to make arrangements to remove the corresponding ingredients where possible, we cannot guarantee full accommodation or avoidance of contamination, especially at non-designated restaurants or local eateries. We appreciate your understanding. Other Special Needs: If you require special assistance or arrangements (e.g., wheelchair access, assistance with small children), please inform us when booking. We will accommodate your request to the best of our ability. However, please note that some services may incur an additional charge. Refusal of Service/Requests: We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests for seating, hotel rooms (if applicable to the tour), or specific allergy arrangements. If we cannot meet a request, we will inform you in advance.
Onboard Rules & Etiquette
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bus. Please be mindful of the person behind you when you recline your seat. For safety reasons, the guide may advise against using the recliner on certain routes. When leaving the bus, even temporarily, please return your seat to the upright position.
Luggage and Facilities:
The bus is not equipped with a restroom. The bus will make scheduled stops for bathroom breaks. Please limit your luggage to items that can be safely stored in the overhead bin or under your seat. If you need to store large luggage on the bus during the tour, please notify us in advance. Please note that some small vans cannot accommodate a lot of luggage.
Assigned Seating:
Bus seats will be assigned by the company. While we understand seating preferences, specific seat requests cannot be guaranteed. In emergency situations, our tour conductor may sit in an otherwise empty seat next to you. Bringing pets of any kind is not permitted on the tour. (Excluding certified service animals, with prior notice.)
Miscellaneous
Please be aware that no refunds or corresponding compensation can be provided for any complimentary benefits (e.g., entrance tickets, coupons) that you choose not to use. In accordance with Japan's "Work Style Reform Law," the conductor's working hours are legally restricted. Therefore, meal times during the itinerary will be designated as the tour conductor's rest period. During designated free time, you are generally expected to enjoy the activities on your own without a guide. Lost and found items will be held for two weeks after the tour ends. When contacting us about them, it will be helpful to tell us your seating position during the tour. Perishable items (e.g., food) or items that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately. Please check carefully before leaving the bus.
