Remarks

• The local operator and driver will contact you in advance - please provide us a valid contact number.
• The booking is for a one-way transfer only, between Airport and city center. If you need round trip transfers, please make a separate booking.
• Please note: You must book enough cars for your traveling party and luggage. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the maximum capacity of the vehicle, the driver will do reject the booking and will be no refund.
• Please note: The number of child seats and booster seats available for arrangement is limited. If we are unable to secure the requested seats, we may ask you to hold your child on your lap during the ride.
• Any extension fees for time changes on the day (within 24 hours) must be paid on-site by yourselves, excluding cases of delayed arrival flights.

Customer Guidelines:

1.Please refrain from consuming alcohol on the vehicle. 2.Kindly take all trash with you when leaving the vehicle. Please do not 3.leave any trash on board. 4.Please ensure you arrive promptly at the designated meeting place. 5.Please be aware that weekends, holidays, and event days may experience high levels of congestion. 6.The schedule may be subject to sudden changes or shorter visit durations due to reasons such as traffic congestion. 7.Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show). 8.In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued. 9.Wearing your seatbelt is mandatory while the bus is in motion due to legal regulations. 10.Smoking is strictly prohibited on the vehicle. 11.Please refrain from standing up while the vehicle is in motion. 12.If you accidentally leave any belongings on the vehicle, please be aware that they will be disposed of. 13.Please personally take responsibility for your valuables. 14.Note: These guidelines are provided to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
