The Highlight
The floats are pushed along the street by human power, weaving back and forth, and spinning around for the crowd. They are often as wide as nine meters and as tall as five meters! The nebuta dancers, called “haneto” wearing flashy outfits, jump and dance as they shout “Rassera, Rassera.” ・With reserved seats at the daytime parade and the evening fireworks, marine floating.

Aomori Nebuta Festival (Enjoy plenty of the nebuta floats from the reserved seats) 【The parade start time on 7th August】 The daytime parade from 13:00 The evening fireworks and marine floating from 19:15 ・Start from the intersection between Shinmachi Street and Yanagimachi Street ・About 20 large floats will participate during the daytime ・Around four award-winning Nebuta floats will parade through Aomori Bay, marking the grand finale of the Nebuta Festival with a spectacular fireworks. *According to the circumstances, it may not be able to see all the nebutas due to the limited time of traffic regulation.

- Please pick up your tickets at the HIS Aomori Sales Office between 10:00 and 12:00.
- 13:00Watching the Nebuta Festival from the reserved seats.
- 15:00 - 18:30 Free time. Immerse yourself in the excitement of the Nebuta Festival as you like.
- 18:30 From 18:30, please make your own way to the fireworks viewing area and get ready to be dazzled by the spectacular display! If you have any trouble finding your seats, our staff will be on hand to assist you.
- After the parade, the tour will end at the spot. You are free to leave from there.

Purchase Notice
- Please make a single reservation for your entire group.
- If it rains, the festival will still go ahead, with nebutas being covered with large vinyl sheets
- Please prepare and wear a raincoat in case it rains, and refrain from using an umbrella as it obstructs the view of other visitors. (The seats are with no roof or sunshade.)
- According to the circumstances, it may not be able to see all the nebutas due to the limited time of traffic regulation.
- In cases of natural disasters, unforeseen disasters, coup d'etats, wars, strikes or acts of God, it may not be possible to proceed with the tour.

- Please note that we cannot accept any requests for seat changes on the day of the event.
- The reserved seat will be either with a chair .
- You can pick up all your tickets at the check-in counter. Once you have them, you’re free to head over to the daytime Nebuta seats and the fireworks area at your own pace
- Eating and drinking in the seats are possible.
- At the request of government or local authority, please note that it may be forced to cancel the festival or change the contents. After the tour departure, there is no refund in that case
