Age Restriction: All participants must be 20 years of age or older. In accordance with Japanese law, minor drinking is strictly prohibited. Age verification may be required at the venue and hotel.
Room Configuration & Booking Policy: Accommodation is provided in Twin Rooms only (two separate beds). Therefore, bookings must be made for exactly two guests per group.
No Customization: Please note that we cannot accept requests for single occupancy, triple rooms, or extra beds. The package is fixed as a 2-person booking and cannot be rearranged.

Important Instructions for the Day Ticket Pick-up: Tickets will be handed over on March 8th at 11:00 AM in the lobby of the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Niigata. Look for a staff member holding a sign that says "HIS".
Identity Verification: To prevent unauthorized resale, we will strictly verify your identity. Please present your passport. We will check your name and passport number against our records.
Limited Service: The staff’s role is limited solely to the handing over of tickets. Please note that they cannot provide tourist information or guidance on how to get to the event venue.
No Re-issuance: Lost or stolen tickets cannot be re-issued under any circumstances. Please keep them in a safe place.
Communication: The pick-up method is subject to change. It is mandatory to provide your contact information (such as WhatsApp or other messaging apps) when booking so we can reach you in case of any updates.
