Other: The castle tower has 6 floors. There is no elevator; narrow, steep stairs continue throughout. Approximately 140 steps, maximum slope of about 61 degrees. The average nighttime low temperature in Matsumoto City from January to February is approximately -5°C / 23°F. Please dress warmly.
Attire: As there is no heating inside the venue, the floor and handrails will be cold. Please dress warmly enough to withstand the nighttime chill and bring thick socks and non-slip gloves.
