To ensure you can enjoy the fireworks festival comfortably, we recommend bringing items (1)–(4) below. Please check the details.

Also, please note that it takes approximately 30–90 minutes to walk from the parking area to the viewing seats. Please wear comfortable walking shoes. 1. Raincoat / waterproof footwear Please bring a raincoat in case of sudden rain. A compact, foldable raincoat that fully covers your body is highly recommended for fireworks viewing. In rainy weather, the venue grounds may become muddy, so waterproof shoes such as rain boots are also useful.

  1. Protection against temperature changes Since the venue has no roof, please prepare for sun exposure and heat with items such as hats, sunscreen, and drinks. At night, temperatures may drop to around 20°C, so please bring a light cardigan or jacket.

  2. Flashlight After sunset, visibility becomes limited, so a light source is recommended. Some temporary toilets may not have lighting.

  3. Tissues and wet wipes Temporary toilets may not be equipped with toilet paper, so bringing your own tissues is recommended.

Please note: umbrellas, chairs, tripods, selfie sticks, and any tall items are prohibited in the viewing area.   • The tour will be guided by a Japanese-speaking guide. An English/Chinese-speaking assistant guide will be provided.
  • If the minimum number of 25 participants is not met, or if the tour cannot operate due to force majeure such as disasters or accidents, the itinerary may be changed or the tour canceled up to 3 days prior to departure (13 days prior for tours including accommodation).
  • This tour requires a bus transfer at Sano Service Area on the outbound journey.
  • Participation is not available for preschool-aged children.
  • Guests wishing to join with a wheelchair or walking stick must contact us by phone before booking.
  • The fireworks event will generally proceed in light rain but may be canceled in case of severe weather. If cancellation is decided by the day before departure, the tour will be canceled and a full refund will be issued. If cancellation is decided after departure, alternative sightseeing will be arranged or the tour will return, and a refund equivalent to the fireworks seating fee will be provided. No refund will be issued if the event is canceled after it has started.
  • The fireworks festival may be canceled or partially changed due to requests from national or local authorities.
  • This tour does not include daytime fireworks viewing.
  • Due to expected heavy traffic after the fireworks, arrival at the hotel may be late at night, and passengers may be required to wait on the bus for an extended period for safety reasons.
  • Seating assignments at the fireworks venue cannot be selected in advance and will be assigned on-site.
  • A 30–90 minute walk is required from the parking area to the viewing seats due to traffic restrictions. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
  • The fireworks event will be held in the rain; please bring rain gear (raincoat recommended).
  • Restrooms at the venue are temporary and may not always provide toilet paper, so please bring tissues.
  • Hotel accommodation will be either New Grand Hotel or Hotel Route-Inn Shinjo Ekimae (cannot be specified; assigned on the day).
  • Please carefully review all tour point notes.
  • Access to Ginzan Onsen requires a shuttle bus transfer.

  • After the scheduled departure time, the tour will depart at the discretion of our staff. Please strictly observe the meeting time.
  • Scheduled times and itinerary may change depending on road conditions.
  • In the event of delays requiring taxi use or overnight accommodation, our company will not be responsible for any related costs.
  • Depending on the number of participants, a medium or small-sized bus may be used.
  • The bus is not equipped with a toilet.
  • Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Reclining seats are generally not allowed (except for certain tours).
  • No refunds will be issued for unused benefits or privileges.
  • If you have food allergies, please inform us at the time of booking so we can attempt to remove relevant ingredients where possible.
  • If you require special arrangements, please notify us at the time of booking. Some requests may incur additional fees. We will accommodate requests within reasonable limits and may ask for written details regarding your situation.
  • In accordance with Japan’s Work Style Reform Act (effective April 1, 2019), tour conductor meal times are considered rest periods. Conductors may also stay at separate accommodation from customers. During free time, customers are responsible for their own activities.
  • Lost items will be kept for up to 2 weeks after the tour. Perishable items will be disposed of immediately.
  • Pets are not allowed on the tour.
  • Bus seating is assigned by the company.
  • In emergencies, you may be seated with the tour conductor.
  • If the minimum number of 25 participants is not reached, or in case of force majeure such as disasters or accidents, the tour may be changed or canceled up to 3 days before departure (13 days for accommodations).
  • Seat requests, smoking/non-smoking hotel requests, and allergy requests may not always be accommodated and may be declined after review.
