• This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
• Eligibility: This tour is not valid for Japanese nationals. It is available to overseas tourists only.
• This is not a private tour; you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
• If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
• Fireworks program details are subject to change without notice.
• The tour will operate even in rainy weather if the fireworks festival is held. However, the event may be canceled in cases of severe weather such as typhoons, strong winds, heavy rain, or rising river levels that may create dangerous conditions.
• Unless the fireworks organizer officially announces cancellation before departure, the tour will proceed as scheduled. In some cases, the final cancellation decision may be made early on the day of the event, and notifications may be provided by the tour escort on the day itself.
• If the fireworks festival is canceled or postponed after tour departure due to sudden severe weather, no refunds will be provided for the tour fee, including viewing seat charges.
• Guests will walk approximately 40–50 minutes from the parking area to the viewing seats.
• Viewing seats will be blue-sheet seating areas shared by up to 4 people per space and are not chair seats. Bringing a cushion, small mat, or bath towel is recommended for comfort.
• Early arrival at the venue is planned, and guests may need to wait outdoors under strong summer heat. As the seating area offers little shade, please bring your own heatstroke prevention items such as hats, drinks, or cooling goods.
• This is an overnight bus tour with sleeping on the bus and early morning arrival scheduled around 5:00–6:00 AM.
• The tour bus will operate with two drivers alternating shifts for safety.
• If cancellation or postponement of the fireworks festival is confirmed by the day before departure, the tour price minus the viewing seat fee equivalent (3,000 yen) will be refunded. The tour itself will not be postponed even if the festival date changes.
• Fireworks may still be canceled after tour departure, and no refunds will be provided in such cases. Transportation costs to and from the meeting point are the responsibility of the customer.
• Return arrival times may vary significantly due to traffic congestion. Any additional transportation or accommodation costs caused by delays will be the customer’s responsibility.
• Children under 7 years old are not permitted to join this overnight bus tour.
• Meals are not included. Please purchase food individually at service areas or local festival stalls.

Important Notes During Bus Tour

1. Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus.
2. Members of the odd-numbered group may need to share seats with other passengers on the bus.
3. As stipulated by Japanese law, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
4. Please remain seated and avoid walking while the tour bus is moving.
5. Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff. Please do not change your seat during the tour.
6. Please be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers.
7. Latecomers who wish to rejoin the group will be responsible for all transportation fees. 8.Please wear the sticker provided by the tour guide visibly.
8. Avoid sticking the sticker on leather goods, as it may leave marks.
9. Do not use the seat reclining function or adjust the seat settings.
10. Please set all electronic devices, including mobile phones and game consoles, to silent mode.
11. Talking on mobile phones and making video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.
12. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.
13. Arrival times at each sightseeing spot may vary depending on traffic conditions.
14. The use of drones for filming or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.
15. Please do not use perfume, sprays, or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may disturb other passengers.
16. Manage your valuable belongings yourself.
17. After the tour, please take all your trash with you and do not leave any on the bus.
18. Ensure you do not forget or leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.
19. For fruit-picking tours, please note that fruit is to be consumed only on the farm. Bringing it home in your own bag is strictly prohibited.
20. If you fail to follow these regulations and cause a disturbance on the bus, you may be asked to leave the bus, even during the tour.
