• This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).

• This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests.

• If the minimum number of participants (25) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.

• Drinking alcohol on the bus is prohibited.

• Please note that odd-numbered groups will, in principle, share seats on the bus

• The length of stay at each location may be shortened due to traffic congestion or other unforeseen circumstances.

• The fireworks festival will proceed in rainy weather, and the tour will operate as scheduled. However, the event (and the tour) may be canceled in the case of severe weather (e.g., typhoons, strong winds, heavy rain) or rising water levels where the organizers determine it unsafe.

• Even if severe weather is expected, the tour will operate unless the organizers officially announce the cancellation before the tour departure. The final decision is made by the festival committee early in the morning on the day of the event. Therefore, the tour conductor may notify you of any cancellation on the day of the tour.

• If the fireworks festival is officially canceled before the departure day, a full refund will be issued. However, if the festival is canceled or postponed due to sudden severe weather after the tour has departed, no refunds (including reserved seating fees) will be provided.

• It takes approximately 20 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the fireworks venue. Please wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes.

• Return times may be significantly delayed due to festival crowds and traffic. We cannot guarantee connections to the final public transit of the day. Any alternative transportation costs (such as taxis) will be at the customer's expense.

• Please bring your own anti-heat stroke items, such as hats, cooling sheets, or portable fans, to stay safe in the summer heat.

【Regarding Tour Cancellation due to rainy weather】

• Weather Policy: The fireworks display will proceed in rainy weather but may be postponed or canceled in the event of severe weather. The local organizing committee will make a final decision regarding the event’s status on the day before the scheduled date.

• Tour Operation: The tour will proceed as scheduled unless an official cancellation is announced by the organizers prior to departure. Please note that the final decision to cancel may be made by the Fireworks Executive Committee as late as the early morning of the event. In such cases, your tour conductor will notify you of the cancellation on the day of the tour.

• Refunds and Expenses: If the fireworks display is postponed or canceled before departure, the tour itself will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund of the tour fee.

• If the display is canceled after the tour has already departed, no refunds will be issued.

• Please be aware that any transportation costs incurred to reach the meeting point are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

Important Notes During Bus Tour

1. Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus.
2. Members of the odd-numbered group may need to share seats with other passengers on the bus.
3. As stipulated by Japanese law, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
4. Please remain seated and avoid walking while the tour bus is moving.
5. Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff. Please do not change your seat during the tour.
6. Please be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers.
7. Latecomers who wish to rejoin the group will be responsible for all transportation fees. 8.Please wear the sticker provided by the tour guide visibly.
8. Avoid sticking the sticker on leather goods, as it may leave marks.
9. Do not use the seat reclining function or adjust the seat settings.
10. Please set all electronic devices, including mobile phones and game consoles, to silent mode.
11. Talking on mobile phones and making video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.
12. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.
13. Arrival times at each sightseeing spot may vary depending on traffic conditions.
14. The use of drones for filming or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.
15. Please do not use perfume, sprays, or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may disturb other passengers.
16. Manage your valuable belongings yourself.
17. After the tour, please take all your trash with you and do not leave any on the bus.
18. Ensure you do not forget or leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.
19. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when you book.
20. If you fail to follow these regulations and cause a disturbance on the bus, you may be asked to leave the bus, even during the tour.
