Come and leave your baggages with Kyoto Tourist Information Center (KTIC). You can travel without heavy baggages around and enjoy the beautiful city.
Kyoto Tourist Information is located on a minute walk from Shijo Station on the Municipal Subway Karasuma Line and Karasuma Station on the Hankyu Kyoto Line. When you come out of Exit 20, you'll see Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation right away, which is a landmark. It is same location as H.I.S. Shijokarasuma branch.
Easy and Simple. Just drop off at Kyoto Tourist Information Center by 12:00pm, and your baggages will be dropped off at your hotel around 18:00pm.
Kyoto Tourist Information Center provides sightseeing tours, activities and well as street directing. Please come and ask for any question you have.

购买须知摘要
- Please inform the name, phone number and reservation number of the hotel in the remark. We will confirm if the hotel is within the service area.
- Some hotels may be outside of our service area.
- We can not deliver following item.
- Baggages with attached umbrella.
- Baggages not completely closed
- Baggage with bottle of water.
- Cardboard box with total outside dimensions (length + width + height) over 90cm (35in).
- 2 or more items packed in one bag.

Customer Guidelines: 1. You will receive a final information email from KTIC titled:【Tour Date】- Booking Confirmation & Important Notice - HIS【Tour Reservation Number】. 1. Please ensure you arrive promptly at the designated meeting place. 1. Please be aware that weekends, holidays, and event days may experience high levels of congestion. 1. Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show). 1. In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the service will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
