The Highlight

First, change into a kimono such as a happi coat and you're ready to go!
You will study sushi ingredients in simple Japanese! Once you remembered the name, let's start making sushi!
Mix the vinegar with rice to make vinegar rice! Start making sushi once the rice is ready! And say "Rasshaiii!" to make this class more interesting!
The teacher will teach you how to make it carefully, so please remember it and try to make sushi by yourself for your family! Finally, we will give you a certificate of completion!
