Why settle for just a stroll in the park when you can witness history in full bloom? This tour is meticulously designed for those who seek the true essence of Japan. During the peak of the cherry blossom season, we journey from the neon lights of Tokyo to the majestic landscapes of Nagano. This isn't just a photography trip—it's an immersive experience where the delicate beauty of Sakura meets the stoic legacy of the Samurai.
National Treasure Matsumoto Castle: The "Black Crow" and Pink Sakura Behold one of the few remaining original 16th-century fortresses in Japan. As a National Treasure, Matsumoto Castle is iconic for its unique black exterior.
The View: Imagine the contrast of the jet-black castle walls against a sea of soft pink cherry blossoms, all framed by the snow-capped Japanese Alps. It is, without a doubt, one of the most stunning sights in all of Asia.
Ueda Castle: The Fortress of the "Unconquerable" Sanada Clan Step onto the hallowed grounds where the legendary Sanada warriors successfully defended their home against overwhelming odds.
The Experience: Known as an "Invincible Fortress," the castle ruins are now home to 1,000 cherry trees. Walking through these ancient gates feels like a journey back to the Warring States (Sengoku) period, where every falling petal tells a story of bravery and strategy.
A Taste of Alpine Culture: Traditional Forest Dining Your cultural immersion continues at "Kinokomura Shinzan." This is not a typical tourist lunch; it is a celebration of Nagano’s "Satoyama" (mountain village) lifestyle.
The Flavor: Savor local specialties like wild mushrooms and Shinshu Soba noodles, reflecting the healthy, seasonal diet that has sustained these mountain communities for centuries.
