Hirata Sake Brewery Hirata Sake Brewery is a renowned sake brewery located in the charming old town of Takayama, Gifu Prefecture, Japan. With a history stretching back to the Edo period, it's one of Takayama's venerable establishments. The current roots of Hirata Sake Brewery are in Ise and Hida. Carefully selected famous brewer’s rice ‘Yamadanishiki’ and local rice varieties such as ‘Hidahomare’ from Hida and ‘Isehikari’(miraculously born from the rice fields of Grand shrine, Ise) are used. The fine water comes from the sparkling clear Miyagawa stream. The holiness of Ise - the source of Japanese spiritual culture and the distinct advantage of Hida with its severe winters and rich tradition of sake making brings forth a fine range of exquisite sake. - Children under 20 years old are not allowed to sample alcoholic beverages according to Japanese law.

- You can skip the spot where you don't go (※in this case we do not refund any fees) or change it with another place.
