- 14:00Start of the first session - Opening ceremony (Kuji Goshinpo & Shihōharai purification ritual) - Welcome greeting by the Ninja Master - Workshop Session 1: “Stabilizing Mind and Body” ① Earth Training (Stability): “Connect with heaven and earth to build a central axis.” ② Water Training (Flexibility): “Release mental and physical tension with graceful flow.”
- Break (10 minutes) ※ Break time may be shortened depending on the situation.
- 15:10Start of the second session - Workshop Session 2: “Inner Focus and Harmony” ③ Fire Training (Vitality): “Align energy and body to ignite inner strength.” ④ Wind Training (Harmony): “Move freely between heaven and earth with a light heart and body.” ⑤ Void Training (Peace): “Dissolve boundaries and merge in harmony with your surroundings.” Closing ritual (Kujikiri)

购买须知摘要
■營業時間為10：00～15：00（體驗結束）。 ■ 基本上，假設共用座位。 ■講師語言：英語和日語 ■ 如果您一個人參加，可以支付2人的費用。

- 請每人攜帶一條毛巾。體驗期間，毛巾將被弄濕並用作擦手巾。
