The Experience
Asahi Group Oyamazaki Villa Museum of Art
This museum exhibits approximately 1,000 items which are primarily ceramics, lacquerware, dyes, textiles, Japanese paintings, western paintings, and contemporary sculptures. Especially the popular one is Water lilly series of Monet in western paintings area. In addition, special exhibitions are held three to four times a year. Enjoy the architecture and magnificent scenery of the museum includes the over 100 year old. Please enjoy the relaxing time with your friend or family.

Introducing the dedication of craftsmenship and production process to produce a variety of distinctive whiskies at Yamazaki Distillery. Followed by tasting the unblended of The Yamazaki component whisky which not for sale. Tours are conducted by Japanese speaking guide staff by Suntory.

- KTIC Friends is a staff from Kyoto Tourist Information Center (H.I.S.). The English-speaking staff will accompany from Hankyu Oyamazaki Station.
- This is a non-professional assisted walking tour which includes walking up the small mountain with very steep hill.
Please come in comfortable shoes and attire.

- This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
- This tour is available in small group. Maximum of 9 people.
- Minimum number of tour is 1 person to operate.
- This tour is only operates on selective days.
- Meet with your KTIC Friend at Hankyu Oyamazaki Station (Hankyu Kyoto line) and start the tour from the station. Hankyu Oyamazaki Station is located in 20 minutes from JR Kyoto Station by train and walking, 35 minutes from JR Osaka Station by train and walking. You can easily access from JR Yamazaki Station (5 minutes walk).
- Lunch is not included.
- Additional tasting at the tasting lounge will be an additional charge.
- ALL participant must be 20+ years old to participants.
- Also if you are with small children including infants can not participate this tour.
- Please refrain from bringing luggages.

- Please arrive at the meeting location 10 minutes prior to the departure time.
- IMPORTANT: The tour will start according to the schedule and will not wait for late arrivals.
- Please be aware that weekends, holidays, and event days may experience high levels of congestion.

- This tour may utilizes a shuttle bus, and there may be delays in arrival time due to traffic or other factors.
- Due to traffic or other reasons, the duration of visits at each destination may be shortened, and arrival times may be delayed.
