The guide wears a headset and opens "Pocketalk for Tours" on their smartphone via a browser (no app installation required).

A QR code is generated and shared with participants. Guests simply scan the QR code with their own smartphones to access real-time translations of the guide’s explanations in text and audio formats.

No additional devices are needed for participants, just their own smartphones.

If you wish to listen to the translation instead of reading it, please bring your own earphones for the audio function.

  • Participants are required to bring their own smartphone with an internet connection and earphones (optional for audio translation).

  • You will join the tour with other guests. Tour will be conducted with a minimum of 15 participants.
  • Depending on the number of participants, it may be a small-sized bus or a big-sized bus.
  • If the minimum number 15 of participants is not reached 7 days before departure, the tour may be cancelled. We will notify you by email, so please be sure to check.
  • Infants under 3 years old are FREE (No seat and meal arrangement).
