In the Edo period, sake from the esteemed Kamigata region (Kyoto-Osaka) was shipped to the capital, becoming a cultural phenomenon. The pinnacle of this tradition was the sake from Nada, known as "kudarizake."

These masterfully brewed labels were considered a chic extravagance by the citizens of Edo and were the chosen offering for the Shogun himself. We invite you to our sake bar to experience the legacy of these distinguished liquors.
