Weather Policy In cases of adverse weather, or in cases where the aircraft operator deems that the weather is not suitable for flying, the flight will be cancelled for passenger safety. When a cancellation occurs due to weather, the full price of the flight is refunded (excluding bank transfer fees). Flights will depart as long as the pilot approves, and weather conditions meet legal weather minimas. Changes to the departure date can be made as long as it is within our cancellation policy.
※The price is per plane with a capacity of 5 persons; the price is the same for 1 or 4 person(s) and is available for charter only. (No sharing seats).
※Weight limit is up to 120kg (264lb) per seat, everyone of total body weight is generally of 3-seater aircraft fuselage of 330kg (727.525lb) .
(1)Children under 3 years old board on parent's lap and is free of charge (not being counted as the number of passengers).
(2)Only one child per group may ride on the lap.
(1)In case of cancellation due to bad weather on the day of the tour, the tour will be rescheduled or a refund will be given. (2)The time selected at the time of reservation is the meeting time. The takeoff time will be approximately 30 minutes after the time you selected. (3)Please enjoy taking pictures with your smart phone or camera. (Photography is prohibited inside the Tokyo Heliport.) (4)Eating and drinking are prohibited on board.

(1) Please be sure to check your e-mail on the day of the tour before you come. *If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather or other reasons, we will send you an e-mail. (2) Please arrive at the meeting place exactly at the time of the meeting. (If you arrive too early, there may be a long wait time.) (3) After the reception by the staff, we will explain the precautions for boarding. (4) After the scheduled boarding time, you will be escorted to the aircraft. (There is a possibility that the arrival time may be earlier than scheduled.) (5) After enjoying the flight, a group photo will be taken.
