＜About Extra Charges＞ No Bag Surcharges: The extra charges for 2-bag and 3-bag groupings are already included in the total price.

＜About Fairway Cart Access＞ Fairway Riding: Since this is a caddie-inclusive package, cart access to the fairways is generally allowed. However, please note that cart access is completely restricted on certain courses. In addition, fairway riding may not be permitted on rainy days or when course conditions are poor.

＜Optional Half-Round Plan＞ Arrive Early for Extra Play: You can arrive a little earlier on your first day to enjoy an extra half-round (9 holes) of golf. If you wish to add this, please select it from the paid add-on options when booking.

＜Course Rules and Pace of Play＞ ・Pace of Play: At Shizuoka Country Group, we kindly ask all golfers to complete both the front 9 and back 9 holes within 2 hours and 15 minutes each. The estimated time for an 18-hole round is approximately 4.5 hours. ・Through Play (No lunch break): Total time on the course will be approximately 5 hours. ・Standard Play (With a lunch break): Total time spent at the clubhouse will be approximately 6 hours. This includes the 18-hole round, lunch break, and time for bathing and changing afterward.

<Golf Play & Tee Times> ・Please confirm your tee time in advance. ・Depending on your tee time, there may be a break after the first 9 holes (half-round break).

<Manners & Etiquette> ・Please board your cart at least 5 minutes before your start time. ・Please avoid leaving gaps between your group and the group ahead. ・To ensure smooth play progression, after your tee shot, always carry 2-3 clubs and advance to your ball's position. ・Hitting into the group ahead is extremely dangerous. Always check your distance from the group ahead and play safely. ・Please refrain from loud talking inside the clubhouse and on the course. ・Please do not drink alcohol in the lobby.

<Arrival & Check-in> ・Please inform us of your estimated check-in time in advance. ・If you expect to arrive later than planned, please contact the hotel immediately. ・Please note that room requests are generally not accepted.

<Check-in & Check-out / Hotel Policies> ・Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00. ・Smoking Policy: This hotel is entirely non-smoking. Please use the designated smoking area located next to the main entrance. ・Dress Code: Yukata (Japanese robes) and slippers are not permitted in the public spaces on the 1st and 2nd floors. You are welcome to wear them on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors.

<Dress Code Information> We kindly ask all guests to observe the following dress code within the clubhouse: ・Jackets: We recommend wearing a jacket, except during the summer months (June to September). ・Shirts: Please wear a collared shirt. ・Prohibited Items: Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, jeans, sandals, or slippers when visiting.

<Golf Shoes> ・Soft spikes and spikeless golf shoes are permitted on the course. ・Metal spikes are strictly prohibited.

<Public Bath & Sauna> ・Guests have access to the large public bath and sauna located on the 3rd floor. ・Hours: 16:00 – 22:30

<Dining> ・Dinner: Requires full reservation at least 3 days in advance. There are two seating options available: starting from 17:30 or 19:30. ・Breakfast: Served at the restaurant on the 2nd floor.

<Other Information> ・Club & Shoe Rentals: We highly recommend reserving rental clubs and shoes in advance, as quantities are limited. Please contact us directly for availability and requests. ・Weather & Clothing: Due to our coastal location, it can get quite windy. We recommend bringing a light jacket or outerwear when visiting in spring or autumn. ・Please personally take responsibility for your valuables. ・Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
