Please arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the performance start time to exchange your voucher for a physical ticket. At the entrance, simply present your reservation screen or confirmed voucher to our staff.
After checking in, you will receive your ticket. Please proceed to your assigned seat—all seats are strictly reserved, and sitting in any seat other than the one indicated on your ticket is not permitted.
Once the performance begins, entry may be restricted due to stage direction. Please follow staff instructions when entering. The performance runs for approximately 60 minutes with no intermission.
