Booking Requirements & Eligibility

  • There are no nationality restrictions. Both international visitors to Japan and residents of Japan are welcome to attend this performance.
  • This show is for guests ages 5 and above. Children aged 4 and under are not permitted in the theater.
  • Bookings are limited to a maximum of 4 tickets per performance per customer. All tickets are for S-Seats (All Seats Reserved), and specific seat numbers will be assigned automatically in advance.
  • Guests requiring wheelchairs or special assistance must contact us prior to booking.
  • All sales are final. No refunds, changes, or cancellations are allowed unless the performance is officially canceled by the organizer. Transportation, accommodation, and dining costs are not included.

Venue Rules & Theater Etiquette

  • Please arrive at the venue with plenty of time to spare. Due to the nature of the production, late arrivals may not be admitted immediately and will have to wait for an appropriate interval to be seated.
  • Please present your e-ticket or reservation confirmation screen at the entrance on the day of the show.
  • Any photography, video recording, or audio recording during the performance is strictly prohibited.
  • Please follow the venue’s specific guidelines regarding eating and drinking inside the auditorium, and refrain from any behavior that may disturb other guests.
  • The show includes loud sound effects, dynamic lighting, and sudden blackouts. Please note that the cast, content, and show times are subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances.

For Special Photo Session Ticket Holders

  • For Special Photo Session Ticket holders, please move to the lobby after the final curtain and wait until our staff calls your group. You will be guided onto the stage in order once preparations are complete, which will result in a later departure time than standard tickets.
  • Guests purchasing the Photo Session Ticket must be able to move and step onto the stage safely under the guidance of our staff.
  • Photos during the session will be taken using your own smartphone or camera, so please ensure your device is ready.
  • Photos taken during this session are for personal memories only. Commercial use of any photographs is strictly prohibited.
  • The samurai armor and katana are professional stage props. For safety management, you must strictly follow the staff's instructions regarding their handling at all times.

Admission Information

Please arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the performance start time to exchange your voucher for a physical ticket. At the entrance, simply present your reservation screen or confirmed voucher to our staff.

After checking in, you will receive your ticket. Please proceed to your assigned seat—all seats are strictly reserved, and sitting in any seat other than the one indicated on your ticket is not permitted.

Once the performance begins, entry may be restricted due to stage direction. Please follow staff instructions when entering. The performance runs for approximately 60 minutes with no intermission.
