Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions

• If the minimum number of participants (2) is not met by 4 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be canceled.
• The last reception day (reservation deadline) is 4 days prior to the tour at 09:00 (for Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the deadline will be advanced to the preceding weekday).

Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee: Itinerary/Destinations

• The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations.
• Specific seats cannot be requested.- In general, JR West Miyajima Ferry will be used on the round trip between Miyajimaguchi and Miyajima, but if it is not operating, Miyajima Matsudai Kisen will be used.
• The JR West Miyajima Ferry route from Miyajimaguchi to Miyajima will be the Otorii ferry route, which gets closest to the large torii gate of Itsukushima Shrine. Depending on circumstances such as weather and high tide, please note that the Otorii ferry route may not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Important Notes/Supplements: Guide/Tour Conductor

• The National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter will wait for customers at Hiroshima Station and guide them during sightseeing in Hiroshima and Miyajima.
• When heading to Hiroshima, an assistant will lead customers from the meet-up at the Sunrise Tours Desk until boarding the Shinkansen at Kyoto Station. There is no accompanying assistant while on board the Shinkansen.

Important Notes/Supplements: Regarding Children/Infants

• Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus and Shinkansen seats. If bus and Shinkansen seats are required, please make a booking under the child rate.

• Tsubame Kotsu (in general); Carp Kanko; Honshi Bus Kaihatsu; Chugoku JR Bus Company Co., Ltd.; or Hiroshima Bus
• In general, Tsubame Kotsu will be used. Otherwise, it will be specified in the final itinerary.
• Depending on the number of tour participants, transportation to be used may be other than a large bus (mid-size bus, small bus), a hired car (van, minivan - Tsubame Kotsu), a taxi, or train on some parts of the tour. Standard transportation for approximate number of customers:
• Large bus: around 25 people or more
• Mid-size bus: around 19-24 people
• Small bus: around 9-18 people
• Van (hired car): around 5-8 people
• Train (Hiroshima Station--Miyajimaguchi Station) + Minivan (hired car, Miyajimaguchi Station--Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park--Hiroshima Station): around 3-4 people
• Train (Hiroshima Station--Miyajimaguchi Station) + Taxi (Miyajimaguchi Station--Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park--Hiroshima Station): around 2 people
