KTIC is located 1 minute walk from Shijo station and Karasuma station. KTIC is open daily from 10:30-7pm. Baggage can be check in or out anytime during the business hour. Service is available from few hours to weeks. Unlike coin lockers at a station, if within the business hour you may return to KTIC to retrieve your belonging without extra charge.
KTIC also offers services from street direction to reservation on varieties of sightseeing tour buses and activities like Matcha tea ceremony, Samurai experience and much more. Wi-Fi rental and SIM card sale are available.
