Experience one of Japan’s most spectacular fireworks entertainment shows featuring over 10,000 fireworks synchronized with music and light effects, along with a refreshing stroll through the scenic Suwakyo Gorge.
Join this exciting summer bus tour from Shinjuku to experience the spectacular 14th Numata Fireworks Festival in Gunma Prefecture. Produced by the famous fireworks company Marutamaya, the event showcases more than 10,000 fireworks using cutting-edge technology, perfectly synchronized with music and lights to create a breathtaking entertainment performance in the night sky.
Guests will enjoy the show from reserved paid chair seats at round tables, allowing a comfortable viewing experience while enjoying a special dinner bento from Gunma’s beloved local restaurant, Torihei. A bottled tea and an original Gunma-chan hand towel souvenir are also included.
Before the fireworks event, the tour visits the scenic Suwakyo Gorge, one of Minakami Onsen’s most famous natural attractions. Take a short walk along the riverside promenade surrounded by beautiful valleys, clear streams, and relaxing natural scenery. The view from Sasabue Bridge is especially stunning.
You will also stop at “Jack the Tart Fantasy,” a specialty shop known for its freshly baked creamy cheese tarts made with 100% Gunma-grown wheat and seasonal ingredients. Various sweets and local treats are available for shopping.
