  • Arrive at Odawara Station ※ Only for disembarking. The bus will not stop without a prior request. ※ Return by Shinkansen Option: Tour will be end hear. Please take the non-reserved Shinkansen (34 min to Tokyo). The guide may not accompany you, but return instructions will be provided in advance.

How to Use

Purchase Notice

  • Tour Itinerary: The order of destinations may change due to road or traffic conditions.
  • Mt. Fuji Visit: Depending on road conditions, the tour will visit either the 4th or 5th Station. If the Fuji Subaru Line is closed, alternative destinations such as Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park or the Fujisan World Heritage Center will be visited instead.
  • The Mt. Fuji 5th Station is typically accessible from late April to November. In winter (December to early April), access is often restricted due to snow and icy roads.
  • Mt. Fuji may not be visible even from the base due to weather. In such cases, the tour will proceed as scheduled, and refunds will not be provided.
  • On Wednesdays, the Lake Ashi Cruise Ship "Sorakaze" undergoes regular inspection, and another ship will be used. Inspection days may change without notice, and longer inspections may occur.
  • If the Lake Ashi Cruise or Komagatake Ropeway is unavailable due to suspension, traffic, or other reasons, the tour will be guided to one or more of the following alternative locations (no refunds will be issued):

  • Travel times may vary significantly depending on the season and day of the week. Delays in arrival times may occur.
  • On the day of the Mt. Fuji Hill Climb (usually held on a weekend in June; for 2025, scheduled for June 1), the Fuji Subaru Line will be closed until around 14:00. The tour will still operate, but itinerary adjustments and alternative destinations will be implemented. No refunds will be issued, and separate notifications will not be sent in advance regarding schedule changes.
  • Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats or lunch. If bus seats or lunch is required, please make a booking under the child rate.

Important Notes/Supplements: Regarding Meals

  • The Indian thali meal provided is a vegetarian menu that does not contain meat or fish.
  • Allergy-friendly and gluten-free options are not available. Customers with dietary restrictions or allergies are advised to book the tour without lunch included.
  • During lunch, a traditional wadaiko (Japanese drum) performance by the Social Welfare Corporation Fugakukai is scheduled. Please note:
  • The performance may be canceled without notice due to facility circumstances.
  • In cases of significant delays or changes to the meal venue, the performance may not be viewable.

Important Booking Information

  • Transportation: Depending on the number of participants, the tour vehicle may vary and could be a mid-size bus, small bus, or hired vehicle instead of a large coach.
  • As there are locations to be visited on this tour, such as Mt. Fuji 5th Station, etc., with lower temperatures compared to Tokyo, bringing warm clothing is recommended. (Reference: Even in the daytime, temperatures may drop to 14℃ in summer and -5℃ in winter.)
  • Multilingual Audio Guides: GPS-enabled audio guides are available in Chinese, Spanish, Italian, Thai, French, and Indonesian for use on the tour vehicle. Please specify your preferred language in the free entry field when booking. Same-day requests are not accepted. Please note:
  • Audio guides are limited and may not be available for all participants.
  • No refunds will be issued for issues such as weak signal, device failure, or Wi-Fi problems.
