Purchase Notice
- Vegetarian options on this tour are limited, as most Japanese restaurants do not provide full vegetarian menus. If you would like a vegetarian course, please request it in advance (no later than the day before). We are unable to accommodate same-day vegetarian requests. Also, we kindly ask your understanding for the BBQ grill to be shared, it cannot be separated according to your dietary restrictions.
- Everyone is welcome to join this tour—friends and families included!
- You do not need to cover the guide’s food or drinks.
- Please bring some cash for any additional orders you may wish to make. By Japanese law, only guests aged 20 or older may consume alcohol.
- Some venues may allow smoking. In such cases, please understand that we may not be able to change the tour locations.
- Certain stops on this tour may not be accessible by wheelchair or stroller. For guests with mobility concerns, we recommend booking a private tour.
- We cannot guarantee allergy-free meals or accommodate all dietary restrictions, as food is prepared in partner kitchens outside of MagicalTrip’s control. Substitutions may not always be possible, though our guides will do their best to adjust at other stops when feasible.
- Japan’s climate can be extreme, with summer highs reaching 40°C (110°F) and winter lows around -5°C (20°F). Please prepare accordingly.
- To provide the best experience for everyone, the tour will start on time. Venues will be selected based on the number and age of participants.
- If you are late and miss the group, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or rescheduling.
- Please let us know in advance if you have a severe allergy to crab, shrimp, or scallops.
- We will do our best to make necessary arrangements based on the severity of your allergy.
