Important Information & Regulations 1. Transportation Transfer Due to local vehicle restrictions, we will transfer to a free shuttle bus from the Mazda Hofu Plant temporary parking area to reach the Air Base.

2. Program Changes & Weather Policy The Blue Impulse flight display and other program activities are subject to change or cancellation at short notice. The tour will proceed regardless of whether the Blue Impulse flies.

The Air Festival may be scaled down or cancelled due to weather or other operational reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Mandatory Identification (ID) for Entry A valid photo ID is strictly required to enter the Hofu North Air Base. Please bring one of the following:

Driver’s License (Note: If using a Japanese license, you must know your 4-digit PIN set at registration). ・My Number Card ・Basic Resident Register Card ・Passport ・Japanese Disability Certificate (For Japanese nationals). Note: Student IDs and Health Insurance cards are NOT accepted. Your ID must prove your nationality and include a photo.

4. Meals Please arrange your own meals at the food stalls inside the base. Alternatively, you may purchase food at the Shiosai Market after the event.

5. Numbered Tickets for Events Some specific events require numbered tickets (Seiriken). These are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and will end once capacity is reached.

6. Trash Policy There are no trash cans inside the Air Base. Please take all your trash home with you.

7. Viewing Etiquette Please refrain from using leisure sheets, chairs, or any other items to reserve spots or "save" viewing areas.

Important Notes During Bus Tour 1. We ask for your cooperation in refraining from drinking alcohol on the bus. 2. To the members of the odd-numbered group: Please be informed that you may have to share seats with other passengers on the bus. 3. As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus. 4. Please do not stand up or walk while the tour bus is running. 5. Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff, please do not change your seat during the tour. 6. Please kindly be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will leave on time and will not wait for latecomers. 7. If latecomers wish to rejoin the group again afterward, all transportation fees will be at the customer's own expense. 8. Please kindly put on the sticker which will be given to you by the tour guide during the tour, make sure it can be seen clearly. 9. Please do not stick it on leather goods as seal marks may remain. 10. Please do not use the seat reclining function or change the seat setting. 11. Please kindly switch all your electronic devices such as mobile phones and game machines etc. to manner mode with no sound. 12. Talking on mobile phones and video calls are prohibited on the tour bus. 13. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus. 14. Arrival time at each sightseeing sport may differ depending on traffic conditions. 15. Use of drones for shooting or other purposes is prohibited during the tour. 16. Please do not use perfume, spray or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may cause trouble to other customers. 17. Please kindly manage your valuable belongings by yourself. 18. After the tour, please kindly take all the garbage with you and do not leave them on the bus. 19. In regards to the fruit picking tour, please note that it is consumable only within the farm. Bringing it home in your own bag is strictly prohibited. 21. If you are unable to follow the above regulations and cause any nuisance on the bus, you may be asked to get off the bus even in the middle of the tour.
