How to Use
- Voucher will be sent via email. Please show your e-voucher at designated location.
Purchase Notice
- After departing from Shinjuku Station, the bus will stop at Tokyo Station. The tour concludes at Tokyo Station only.
- This is a regular sightseeing tour and will operate with at least one participant.
- During the tea experience, you will prepare your own tea after the instruction.
- Child price applies for children 6-11 years old
- Infants younger than 6 years old can join for free, but neither seat nor meal will be provided
Important Booking Information
- The tour will be operated by Hato Bus (regular large vehicle/no toilets).
- Bus seating will be assigned on the day of the tour. Participants in odd-numbered groups will generally be seated with others.
- To help prevent global warming, the bus will turn off its engine during waiting times, stopping air conditioning or heating. We appreciate your understanding.
- Please wear your seatbelt while on the bus.
- The matcha experience in Asakusa is not a formal tea ceremony but a hands-on activity where you can prepare your own tea.
- Meals are buffet-style; therefore, we do not accommodate special meal requests.
- In case of severe weather, the Symphony Cruise may operate dockside.
- Entry to Tokyo Tower is for the Main Deck only (not the Special Observatory).
- At each drop-off location, guides will provide instructions, followed by free time for your exploration.
- We use eco-friendly hybrid vehicles for transportation (subject to availability; a standard vehicle may be used if needed).
Cancellation Policy
Policy
- A refund fee of 100 yen per seat applies until 2 days before departure, and 200 yen from the day before until departure.
- Please note that refunds cannot be provided for cancellations made without prior notice.
